How much can I charge?
Pricing varies based on location, amenities, privacy, and demand. We'll help you determine a fair rate for your property.
Is there a fee to join?
For a limited time, property owners can join Lenscape at no membership costs. There is a listing fee of 15% taken from each booking that Lenscape brings in to your property.
What about Insurance?
It is in the property owners best interest to keep liability insurance for yourself, and in addition, Lenscape provides photographers with daily insurance policies as well per booking.

How It Works

Tell us about your property and submit photos if applicable.
2. Get Approved
We'll review your submission and determine whether it's a good fit for the Lenscape collection. We may schedule a call to learn more.
3. Create Your Listing
We'll build a property profile highlighting your location's best features.
4. Receive Bookings
Photographers can request or reserve time at your property through Lenscape.
5. Get Paid
At the end of each month, you'll receive your host payout directly from Lenscape.
