Host Payment & Payout Privacy Notice

1. Payment Processing Through Stripe

Lenscape uses Stripe and its affiliated services as a third-party payment processor and payout provider. When you provide banking information, tax information, identity verification information, or other financial details in connection with receiving payouts, this information may be collected and processed directly by Stripe.

Lenscape does not directly store your complete bank account number, debit card number, or other full financial account credentials when that information is submitted directly through Stripe's secure onboarding or payment systems.

Your use of Stripe's services is also subject to Stripe's applicable terms and privacy practices.

2. Information That May Be Collected

To establish and maintain your ability to receive payouts, you may be asked to provide information including, but not limited to:

• Your legal name;
• Business name and business type;
• Mailing or business address;
• Email address and telephone number;
• Date of birth;
• Tax identification information;
• Bank account or other payout account information;
• Government-issued identification or other identity verification information; and
• Other information required by Stripe, financial institutions, payment networks, or applicable law.

The specific information requested may vary depending on your location, business structure, payout method, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

3. How Payment and Payout Information Is Used

Information provided during the payment and payout process may be used to:

• Verify your identity;
• Establish and maintain your connected payout account;
• Process payments and send payouts;
• Calculate and deduct Lenscape's applicable platform fees or commissions;
• Process refunds, adjustments, disputes, reversals, or chargebacks;
• Prevent fraud, misuse, and unauthorized transactions;
• Comply with tax, financial, legal, and regulatory requirements; and
• Provide support regarding bookings, transactions, and payouts.

4. Sharing of Information

Information related to payments and payouts may be shared with Stripe, banks, financial institutions, payment networks, identity verification providers, tax service providers, fraud prevention providers, and other service providers as reasonably necessary to process transactions, verify accounts, prevent fraud, or comply with applicable law.

Lenscape does not sell Hosts' bank account information or financial credentials to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

5. Lenscape's Access to Financial Information

Depending on the services provided by Stripe, Lenscape may have access to limited information about your connected payout account, such as:

• The name of the financial institution;
• The last four digits of an account;
• Payout status;
• Account verification status;
• Transaction and payout history; and
• Information regarding failed, delayed, reversed, or disputed transactions.

Lenscape generally does not have access to your complete bank account credentials when those credentials are entered directly through Stripe's secure systems.

6. Payouts and Platform Fees

By connecting a payout account and accepting bookings through Lenscape, you authorize the processing of booking payments and the deduction of any applicable Lenscape platform fees, commissions, refunds, adjustments, chargebacks, or other amounts permitted under the Host Terms before or in connection with the distribution of funds to you.

Lenscape currently retains a 15% platform fee from each booking payment and remits the remaining 85% to the Host, subject to the deductions and circumstances described in this notice and the Host Terms.

The amount and timing of payouts may be affected by Stripe's processing requirements, verification procedures, payout schedules, financial institution processing times, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, fraud reviews, account restrictions, or other circumstances outside Lenscape's reasonable control.

7. Security

Lenscape takes reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information within its control. However, no electronic transmission, payment system, or data storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Hosts are responsible for maintaining the security of their Lenscape account credentials and for promptly notifying Lenscape of suspected unauthorized access or activity.

8. Updating or Removing Payout Information

Hosts may be able to update their payout information through their connected Stripe account or through the payout settings made available on the Lenscape platform.

Removing or disconnecting a payout method may prevent Lenscape from sending outstanding or future payouts and may affect your ability to accept new bookings.

Certain transaction, tax, identity verification, and financial records may be retained by Lenscape, Stripe, or other service providers as required or permitted by law, even after a Host account is closed or disconnected.

9. Third-Party Privacy Practices

Stripe and other third-party payment service providers operate under their own privacy policies, terms, and security practices. Lenscape is not responsible for the independent privacy or data-processing practices of third-party service providers.

Hosts should review the applicable privacy policies and terms presented during the Stripe account connection and onboarding process.

10. Consent

By connecting a bank account or other payout method, completing the payout onboarding process, or receiving payouts through Lenscape, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your information may be collected and processed as described in this notice;
• Certain information will be shared with and processed by Stripe and other necessary financial service providers;
• Lenscape may receive and use transaction and payout information necessary to operate the platform;
• Applicable platform fees and other authorized amounts may be deducted from payments or payouts; and
• You are responsible for providing accurate and current payment, tax, identity, and payout information.
