Lenscape Member Agreement

Welcome to Lenscape! By creating a Lenscape account, purchasing Lenscape Member Access, or booking a property through the Lenscape platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. Member Access

Lenscape provides eligible members with access to discover and book participating properties for approved photography sessions.

Member benefits may include:

• Access to participating locations
• Ability to book properties
• Saved locations and favorites
• Photographer profile features
• Scout participation and rewards
• Insurance benefits for eligible Lenscape bookings
• Other features offered by Lenscape from time to time

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise stated in Lenscape's cancellation policy.

2. Independent Marketplace

Lenscape is a booking platform that connects photographers with independent property owners and hosts.

Lenscape does not own, manage, or control properties listed on the platform. Each host is responsible for the accuracy of their listing, property conditions, amenities, availability, access instructions, and property-specific rules.

3. Professional Conduct

Members agree to:

• Treat every property with care and respect.
• Leave each property in the same condition in which it was found.
• Follow all property-specific rules and instructions.
• Respect neighboring properties and surrounding areas.
• Follow all parking, access, and check-in instructions.
• Supervise their clients and guests.
• Avoid damage to landscaping, structures, fences, crops, livestock, furnishings, or personal property.
• Use the property only for the purpose and time period authorized by the booking.

4. Responsibility for Clients and Guests

The booking photographer is responsible for the conduct of all individuals they bring onto the property, including clients, children, assistants, second shooters, models, stylists, makeup artists, videographers, and other guests.

Members agree to communicate applicable property rules to their clients and guests before or during the session.

The photographer and/or responsible party may be held financially responsible for damage caused by the photographer or members of their booking party, subject to applicable law and the terms of any relevant insurance coverage.

5. Property-Specific Rules

Each property may have its own rules, restrictions, access instructions, occupancy limits, and permitted uses.

By confirming a booking, the member agrees to review and comply with the rules associated with that specific property.

Failure to follow property rules may result in additional charges, removal from the property, suspension or termination of Member Access, or restriction from future bookings.

6. Insurance

Certain eligible Lenscape bookings may include liability coverage or other insurance benefits under insurance maintained or arranged by Lenscape.

Any insurance coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, limits, exclusions, deductibles, eligibility requirements, and claims procedures of the applicable insurance policy.

Membership in Lenscape or completion of a Lenscape booking does not guarantee that any particular incident, loss, damage, injury, person, or claim will be covered.

Members agree to promptly report incidents and cooperate with Lenscape, the host, insurance providers, and claims administrators when reasonably required.

Photographers are encouraged to maintain their own business and professional insurance appropriate for their activities.

7. Prohibited Activities

Unless expressly permitted by the host and allowed under applicable law, members and their guests may not engage in:

• Smoking
• Open flames
• Fireworks
• Smoke bombs
• Confetti or glitter
• Alcohol use
• Illegal activity
• Unauthorized commercial filming or events
• Drone operation where prohibited
• Entry into restricted areas
• Activities outside the approved scope of the booking

Individual properties may impose additional restrictions.

8. Booking Times and Property Access

Members may access a property only during the time period reserved through Lenscape unless the host provides additional authorization.

Members are responsible for allowing enough time within their reservation for arrival, setup, photography, cleanup, and departure.

Unauthorized early arrival or remaining on the property beyond the reserved booking period may result in additional charges or account restrictions.

9. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary by property and will be disclosed during the booking process.

By completing a booking, members agree to the cancellation and refund terms displayed for that reservation.

Weather, emergencies, property closures, and other extraordinary circumstances may be handled according to Lenscape's applicable policies.

10. Damage and Incident Reporting

Members agree to promptly report:

• Property damage
• Personal injuries
• Accidents
• Safety concerns
• Disputes with a host
• Other significant incidents occurring during a Lenscape booking

Failure to promptly report an incident may affect the ability of Lenscape or an insurance provider to investigate or respond to the matter.

11. Assumption of Risk

Members acknowledge that photography sessions may take place in indoor and outdoor environments that may contain natural or property-specific hazards, including uneven terrain, weather conditions, water, animals, vegetation, stairs, and other conditions.

Members are responsible for exercising reasonable care and determining whether a location is appropriate for themselves, their clients, and their guests.

12. Limitation of Liability

Lenscape operates as a platform connecting photographers and independent property hosts.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lenscape is not responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control, including property conditions, weather, acts or omissions of hosts or other third parties, theft, loss or damage to photography equipment, business interruption, or other losses arising from use of a property or the Lenscape platform.

Nothing in this agreement is intended to waive or limit rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived or limited.

13. Member Access Suspension or Termination

Lenscape reserves the right to suspend or terminate Member Access for reasons including:

• Violation of this agreement
• Violation of property-specific rules
• Fraudulent activity
• Unsafe or destructive conduct
• Abuse or harassment of hosts, clients, or other users
• Failure to pay applicable fees
• Repeated booking violations
• Misuse of the Lenscape platform

Serious violations may result in immediate termination.

14. Changes to These Terms

Lenscape may update this agreement from time to time. When required, members may be asked to review and accept updated terms before continuing to use certain platform features.

Member Acknowledgement

By creating a Lenscape account, purchasing Member Access, or booking through the Lenscape platform, I acknowledge and agree that:

• I have read and agree to the Lenscape Member Agreement.
• I am responsible for the conduct of the clients and guests I bring to Lenscape properties.
• I agree to review and follow the individual rules for each property I book.
• I understand that insurance benefits, when applicable, are subject to the terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions of the applicable insurance policy.
• I understand that access to private properties is a privilege and agree to treat Lenscape locations with care and respect.

Electronic Acceptance: By selecting "I Agree," creating an account, purchasing Member Access, or completing a booking, I acknowledge that my electronic acceptance constitutes my agreement to these terms.
