Host Terms & Agreement

These terms apply to property hosts listing spaces on Lenscape. Photographers should review the Photographer Terms.

Legal Stuff

Insurance Notice

Lenscape maintains liability coverage designed to protect approved Lenscape bookings. Coverage may extend to participating photographers and their clients during approved bookings made through the Lenscape platform, subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions of the applicable insurance policy.

Property owners are strongly encouraged to maintain their own property and liability insurance coverage. Participation in Lenscape does not replace a property owner's responsibility to maintain appropriate insurance protection for their property and business activities.

Coverage is subject to policy terms and may not apply to all situations. Additional details will be provided in the Lenscape Host Agreement.

Host Acknowledgements & Agreements

By creating a host account and listing a property on Lenscape, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. You are the owner of the property or have the legal authority to list and manage bookings for the property through Lenscape.
  2. All information you provide about the property is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
  3. You will promptly notify Lenscape of any changes to the property's ownership, availability, amenities, restrictions, or other information that may affect bookings.
  4. You are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws, zoning regulations, permits, licenses, tax obligations, and other legal requirements related to the use of your property.
  5. Acceptance of your property listing does not constitute legal, tax, insurance, or regulatory advice from Lenscape.
  6. You agree to maintain a safe environment for photographers, clients, and guests using your property.
  7. Lenscape reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove listings that do not meet platform standards or violate applicable laws or policies.

During host onboarding, you will be asked to confirm each of the above acknowledgements and to type your name as an electronic signature stating: "I agree to the Lenscape Host Terms & Conditions and Host Agreement."
